As a Corporal in the TSS Cadet program, he cultivated strong leadership and organisational skills, while his time as a member of the 2024 1st XV Rugby Union Squad instilled in him the importance of teamwork, dedication and resilience.

With two years of experience at the prestigious Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast, Aidan gained invaluable insights into providing exceptional service in a high-end environment. This experience sharpened his ability to anticipate client needs, deliver personalised solutions, and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
